Salman Khan's Hit & Run Case Reopens With Fresh New Trial

Salman Khan's controversial past with the 2002 Hit and Run case has constantly been the talk of the town of late! While earlier we had reported that the court has been chipping in evidences, we later also heard that the case was been amicably stalled as the leading magistrate judge got transferred. However, now coming as a whole new story this time, the buzz has it that a Mumbai court has re-opened the case and surprisingly, all prior evidences will be re-examined yet again, on the basis of a fresh trial! Yes you heard that right! Apparently, the actor who is tried for culpable homicide not amounting to murder, had probed to get a fresh trial and well, seems like the plea has been heard in his favor! Reports suggest that this fresh trial is likely to begin on the 23rd of December.
